那个不需要我们事先做一个标准。
作为判断,而是说当我们有了禅法了之后,
它自然会产生这样的一种能力。
这种能力就像我们肚子饿了。
哎,肚子会饿,你就会去吃饭。
然后我们累了,我们就想睡觉, 就是一种很自然的一种反应。

Through meditation we can see the reality the true nature of things

我们现在感官 这个所知的啊, 这一切呢并不是真相。

The things that we are absorbing right now with our senses is not the true nature of things.

Through meditation, you are to be able to.
体验到原来我们所觉知的这一切不是这么回事。
Through meditation we can truly experience for ourselves

The nature of all that we perceive.

那你会觉得为什么呢?
我们所觉知到这一些不是真相, 那难道是假象吗?

So you may think oh what do you mean I mean are we like is everything fake then Or is it just an illusion

是的,是假象。
可是这个假象就是真相。

Yes it’s an illusion but the illusion is the reality
那为什么会是这样子呢?

因为有一个我,所以见不到真相。

那这个我所见到的这个假象, 它其实是真相,
只是把那个我的意识去解读它了。

So this false perception is the real perception.
